Cancellation Policy

WELLFOUNDED X BOARDWAVE AI LEADERSHIP RESET RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY 

• If you cancel more than 28 days before the first day of the Event, we will refund the amount actually paid by you, less any non-refundable booking platform or payment processing charges and less any third-party costs already properly incurred and not reasonably recoverable in respect of your booking.
• If you cancel 28 days or fewer before the first day of the Event, no refund will be due.
• If your booking includes accommodation, catering, or other venue-dependent elements, and you cancel less than 28 days before the first day of the Event, you accept that these elements are likely to be non-refundable.
• If you do not attend, arrive late, leave early, or decide not to take part in any part of the Event, no refund will be due.
• Where your booking is a consumer booking made at distance, you do not have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right because this booking relates to leisure services for specific dates or a specific period.
• Any refund approved by us will be made to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
• POLAR EXPEDITION CANCELLATION POLICY****Cancellation & Deposit Policy1.

  • A third of the fees will be required as a non-refundable deposit on booking or at least 230 days prior to the start of the trip.

  • Two further deposits of a third of the fees will be required at least 120 days and 60 days prior to the start of the trip.

  • As planning costs are incurred from the point of booking, if you cancel or withdraw:

  1. -More than 90 days ahead of the trip: 50% of the fees paid will be refunded
  2. -Between 90 and 60 days ahead of the trip: you will receive a 25% refund
  3. -Less than 60 days ahead of the trip: no refund is available

If WellFounded or Polar Guides must cancel due to safety, weather, or force majeure, a full or partial refund will be discussed depending on the timing and circumstances.

LEADERS IN HEATH SUMMIT CANCELLATIONS

If you choose to cancel:

7 DAYS BEFORE SUMMIT DATE: If you are cancelling your seat at the Summit 7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT, you will be asked to do so by clicking on the 'cancel my booking' button via your original booking receipt email. There will be no charge.

6 DAYS OR LESS: You will not be able to cancel your seat online, via the 'cancel my booking' button 6 DAYS BEFORE EVENT DATE. Be aware, that this Summit costs a lot to put on and is only possible in part to generous funders. Please email team@wellfounded.health and a Summit organiser will call you back to assess your cancellation requirements.

On the day: If something unpredictable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the Summit (e.g. illness), please contact team@wellfounded.health so they know that you are not attending. If we do not receive an explanation for your absence, we will not extend invitations to future conferences or events hosted by HAVAS x WellFounded, and we reserve the right to recover any applicable charges from the day.
